Site Development Planning

ALTA Colorado Lodge and Report
Preliminary Master Site Plan

RGA assisted in creating the Preliminary Master Site Plan for Alta Colorado Lodge and Resort just outside of Leadville, Colorado. We worked closely with the property owner to site a ski hill, lodge, condo units and open-terrain cross-country skiing and tubing.

Clean Energy Collective (CEC)
Solar Site Selection

RGA assisted Clean Energy Collective (CEC) with site selection for solar panels as part of the Xcel Energy solar program. RGA planners facilitated property owner meetings with CEC and provided the development requirements for each site.
