Operator-in-Responsible-Charge

Applewood Sanitation District, Jefferson County, Colorado
Operator-in-Responsible-Charge, District Manager and District Engineer

As district manager/engineer and operator-in-responsible-charge, RGA performs video and visual inspections, assesses all sanitary sewer lines and manholes, identify rehabilitation method and repairs, designs and manages the construction for all facilities in the district. Annual work includes bidding and contracting firms to perform the videos, reviewing videos, making assessments and prioritizing the replacement of these lines, providing reports to the district, producing design plans and contract documents, adverting, bidding and construction administration of these projects.

Cherry Hills Heights Water and Sanitation District, Arapahoe County, Colorado
Operator-in-Responsible-Charge

RGA provides standard operator-in-responsible-charge services to the district. This includes the review of sanitary sewer videos, assessments of sanitary sewer lines and manhole conditions, and recommendations for rehabilitation and repairs. We fulfill all operator-in-responsible charge responsibilities as identified in the Colorado Department of Health and Environment Regulation 100.

​As the city engineer and operator-in-responsible-charge, RGA has been responsible for video and visual inspections, assessments of all sanitary sewer lines, rehabilitation method and repairs, design and management of the construction for all facilities in the city. This work has included bidding and contracting firms to perform the videos, reviewing videos, making assessments and prioritizing the replacement of these lines, providing reports to the city, producing design plans and contract documents, adverting, bidding and construction administration of these projects.

Crestview Water and Sanitation District, Denver, Colorado
District Engineer

​RGA reviewed sanitary sewer videos, assessed pipe condition, made recommendations for type of repair and met with the district to review findings and establish annual replacement and rehabilitation projects. RGA currently performs all development reviews for the district.

East Alamosa Water and Sanitation District, Alamosa, Colorado
District Engineer

RGA reviewed videos for 113 segments/45,000 LF of 6" - 12" diameter sanitary sewer, made assessments of pipe condition, and completed a Capital Improvements Plan that recommended both cured-in-place point repair and cured-in-place re-lining of portions of the system along with excavated repairs in some areas.
