RGA provides on-call development review to assist municipalities and special districts that may have limited staff or resources and have a variable workload associated with the review of developments. Our team is well-versed in reviewing a wide variety of land development documents, such as: construction plans, drainage reports, easements, engineers' cost estimates, final development plans, grading, erosion and sediment control plans, preliminary and final plats, and site plans.
