Letters of Recommendation
RGA team members were recently invited to the installations of the World Water Works BIOCOS technology, an innovative wastewater treatment system that combines the benefits of the Conventional Activated Sludge process and the Sequenced Batch Reactor process in a continuous process that has two alternating sludge recycling and settling tanks without the need for any electro-mechanical equipment. This technology is a great solution for many of our rural wastewater clients, as the system is relatively easy to operate with low utility costs, but produces high quality effluent. Routt County Department of Environmental Health (RCDEH) recently recommended RGA for the Phippsburg Wastewater Treatment Facility RFP:
"RGA completed and submitted the design memorandum to CDPHE on time and on budget. They have exceeded expectations by providing guidance to the County related to processes requried to acquire grants and loans needed to succesfully complete the project while minimizing costs. It is clear through the vetting process and through working with the organization they have highly qualified personnel with the required expertise to successfully support completion of the project through construction. Maintaining continuity will allow the County to better meet required deadlines for grant and loan applications and reduce time spent on administrative processes."
