Municipal Planning Services

RGA offers on-call planning services for municipalities throughout Colorado. We act as an extension of the municipal staff and help maintain continuity through periods of administrative change. Services include:

• Development review
• Code writing and revising
• Evaluation of development review process
• Citizen involvement
• Economic development evaluation

Oil and Gas Services

RGA guides oil and gas drilling applications through the municipal permitting process. This includes working with energy companies to meet local regulations for drilling and coordinating land documents and permits necessary for submittal. We also coordinate necessary public notifications, neighborhood meetings and council presentations on behalf of the energy’s company. We also have the engineering capability to provide site assessment, pipe design, road and pad design, environmental Impact Statement reports/filing, and COGCC permitting.

Land Development

Whether a small lot or several hundred acres, RGA offers one stop shopping to create unique and contributing projects in the community. Our Planning staff works with clients through the entire development process from entitlement, zoning and site plan to presenting the proposal at neighborhood meetings and municipal hearings.
