Mr. Robinson’s experience includes all aspects of the construction industry. During the past 44 years, he has served as a Project Coordinator for a county government, owned and operated a general construction business, and served as a Project Superintendent and Construction Manager on several commercial building projects. His range of experience includes master planning, programming, site and landscape design, building design, contract documents, specifications, estimating, bidding, contract administration, and contract management. Mr. Robinson has performed inspections for site grading, curb and gutter, storm sewers, water and sewer lines, street paving, landscaping, reinforced concrete and masonry structures, and sewage lift stations. He has also performed building code compliance inspections for both residential and commercial projects.
Mr. Keil has 41 years of experience in civil engineering and an expert in water and wastewater engineering. He offers proven success in designing, constructing, and operating environmentally-compliant water/wastewater systems and facilities and excels in working with government agencies and community stakeholders alike to plan and implement strategies that address environmental concerns. Ken is involved with the Water Environment Association, served on the joint RMWEA/RMAWWA water reuse committee that developed the State of Colorado’s water reuse regulations, and is presently on the industrial wastewater committee.
Ms. An has over 6 years of experience in structural and geotechnical engineering, including: drafting reports, basic design calculation, calculation checks, and as well as performing field work. She has knowledge of soils, materials and rock testing standards and procedures. She is familiar with design standards, construction specifications, and finite element analysis. Ms. An responsibilities includes construction design and inspection for the company. She is proficient in the use of AutoCAD, RISA 3-D, MathCAD, SolidWorks, Bentley’s gINT, and Microsoft Office. She also prepares and submits statement of qualifications and proposals in response to RFP/RFQs, including editing, writing, and graphical layout.
Andrew Rogge, Planner
Mr. Rogge has two years of experience as a planning consultant in the public sector of community
planning. Academically and professionally, he has participated in the research, analysis and presentation of projects of varying levels of complexity. This experience ranges from an individual honors thesis project, to working on an international team of student researchers. His professional planning work focuses on coordination between stakeholders in the land development review process. Andrew works closely with municipal departments and outside review agencies to coordinate timely reviews and processing of all land use applications and zoning development inquires.
Mr. Esparza has 28 years of construction and project administration and observation experience, including bridge, roadway, general infrastructure, drainage, utility and building construction. Mr. Esparza also has experience with ArcGIS and AutoCAD. Mr. Esparza’s duties have included supervision of inspection, testing and construction personnel, conducting pre-construction conferences, bid coordination, contract and specifications preparation, pay estimate preparation, site coordination and inspection, contract management, project management, and program management.
Patrick Roberts P.E., CCM, Project Engineer
Mr. Roberts has 13 years of experience in district engineering and construction administration. He has provided these services to 14 local metropolitan, water and sanitation districts and has utilized his geotechnical expertise to ensure proper construction communication. He also has experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Flowmaster, Autocad/Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and Infosewer Suite 7.
Elizabeth Farias, E.I.T., Design Engineer
Ms. Farias has over 3 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering. Ms. Farias’s responsibilities include design engineering and consulting for the company. She is proficient in the use of AutoCAD, ArcGIS and Microsoft Office. She also has over 5 years of public speaking and professional writing experience.
Ms. Petrykowska has broad experience in all aspects of community relations, personnel training and data analysis. She is devoted to providing communities with the best possible outreach and education. Academically and professionally, she has participated in the research and analysis phases of many projects. Her extensive research ranges from community interviews to the data entry and even to publication stages. Her professional planning work has focused on community outreach and archival research. She works closely with our planning team to provide high-quality research analysis and client relations.
Isaiah Abeyta, E.I.T., Construction Administrator
Mr. Abeyta heads our Del Norte office and he provides construction administration and resident engineering services for district, municipal, and county infrastructure improvement projects.
