Mr. Gonçalves has 48 years of civil engineering experience. He personally acts as City Engineer and District Engineer for a number of the firm's clients. He has completed a wide range of projects, including water and wastewater treatment, collection and distribution systems, pumping and storage facilities, roadways, storm drainage facilities, and land/site development. Mr. Gonçalves serves as the Chairman of the Technical Advisory Committee of the Cherry Creek Basin Water Quality Authority and an active member of the American Consulting Engineers Council, the American Waterworks Association, Water Environment Federation, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Michael Hager, Project and Construction Manager, Southwest Colorado Regional Manager
Mr. Hager has 29 years of experience in municipal government and engineering. His experience includes: Town Manager, Public Works Director, Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations and Collection, and Distribution Operations and Maintenance. Mr. Hager has spent the last 15 years as a Project Manager/Senior Construction Manager with RGA. Mr. Hager currently is the engineer representative for several municipalities and special districts.
Mr. Kern has 41 years of civil engineering experience as a consulting engineer for a wide variety of projects, with special emphasis on street design, drainage systems and storm water management. Mr. Kern is currently responsible for Building Department services for the Town of Superior, Colorado.
Ms. Henninger has extensive experience in the public and private sectors of community planning, including a strong command of the municipal planning process, development review and design review standards, as well as ordinance revision and creation. Her work has been predominantly with municipalities and other governmental entities.
With a strong background in municipal management, planning, and development review, TJ brings a wide array of community development and project management experience to RGA. TJ’s experience in the public and private sector has allowed him to develop a well-rounded approach that is rooted in reaching practical solutions in furtherance of client goals.
Mr. Kluge has spent the last 17 years with RGA as a design engineer, AutoCAD technician, construction manager, and senior construction observer of water, sanitary and storm sewer utilities, street construction, water tanks, diversions dams, bridges, water and wastewater treatment facilities, effluent pond lining, storm water structures and erosion control features.
Mr. Marvin has over 37 years of experience in the design, plan preparation and in-house coordination of water and wastewater projects. Design engineering responsibilities include: roadways, grading and drainage and utilities utilizing various computer programs including AutoCAD and Softdesk Civil Engineering software.
Mr. Landry has 22 years of experience in the management, design and construction of highways and streets, water transmission lines, wastewater collection lines, storm drainage facilities, land development and drainage master plans. Mr. Landry also serves in the capacity of City/Town and District Engineer for several of the municipalities represented by RGA.
Gary E. Welp, P.E., CFM, Sr. Project Manager, Southwest Colorado Regional Project Manager
Mr. Welp has 21 years of civil engineering design and management experience in master drainage studies, regional drainage, water systems, utility pipe lines, and sewer interceptors, and residential and commercial subdivisions. He is also the District Engineer for 4 special districts in the state of Colorado and is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
Mr. Quin has over 43 years of engineering and management experience in water and wastewater engineering, solid and hazardous waste management and stormwater management. He also has extensive experience in investigations and remediation of soil and groundwater contamination.
Mr. Boles has nearly 18 years of experience in project management and engineering design for roadways, drainageways, utilities, and stormwater management plans for both private and public improvement projects. His experience also includes subdivision layout, traffic circulation design, drainage studies, construction administration and construction material sampling and testing.
Mr. Culbertson has over 10 years of extensive experience in the public sector of community planning and over six years of private land planning and architectural project management experience. He excels in collaborating with municipal leaders, boards/commissions, land owners, private consultants and citizen stakeholders in order to strategically implement efficient land use management and urban planning principles.
Mr. Dickinson has 42 years of civil design, construction administration and inspection experience, including the development, design, inspection and construction administration of wastewater treatment, water storage and treatment, sanitary sewer collection, pumping facilities, well facilities, water distribution, drainage and storm sewers, streets, roadways and airports.
