Pool Facility
Client: Cherry Creek Vista Park and Recreation District
Description: The RGA team provide construction management and was the general contractor for the construction of a $1.6 million new pool facility for the Cherry Creek Vista Park and Recreation District. The project consisted of the demolition of the existing pool and locker rooms, construction of a new pool, diving decks, picnic shelters, equipment and chemical storage building, and locker rooms remodel. The project also included new tennis courts, landscaping and parking lot improvements.

Northwest Water Treatment Plant
Client: City of Westminster, Colorado
Description: The RGA team acted as the third-party consultant and construction manager for this $24 million project. Our personnel consulted regularly with the City and the design/build team on plant options and construction issues. The final cost was scrutinized by our firm, and changes were made based on our evaluation. During the construction of the plant, our construction manager was on site daily providing quality control and contract administration duties. RGA reviewed all payment applications and change orders. Analysis of the change orders helped the City save $300,000 in final project cost.

Pecos Street Grade Seperation Project.
Client: Crestview Water and Sanitation District
Description: RGA is the District Engineer for the Crestview Water and Sanitation District and, as such, is responsible for the design, bidding, and construction management services for all phases of the District’s annual waterline replacements. As part of this process, RGA obtains all State, County, and Denver Water approvals and permits. Additional work for the District includes development plan review, water modeling and maintaining current utility maps. RGA provided design review, construction management and observation for approximately 1,500 LF of a 20-inch Flex Ring locking DIP transmission main replacement, including 150 LF of 36-inch casing bore under the Union Pacific Railroad.
