Arsenic Groundwater Treatment Plant
Client: Town of Eckley, Colorado
Description: Construction Management for the installation of an iron-based adsorbent treatment system to remove Arsenic from the Town’s two (2) wells, which separately supply 170 and 15 gpm. This project included Construction Administration services, such as securing federal funding through DOLA Energy and Mineral Impact Assistance Grant, CDPHE Drinking Water Construction Grant, USDA Rural Development, and a Federal State and Tribal Assistance Grant. Client: Cherry Creek Vista Park and Recreation District
Description: The RGA team provide construction management and was the general contractor for the construction of a $1.6 million new pool facility for the Cherry Creek Vista Park and Recreation District. The project consisted of the demolition of the existing pool and locker rooms, construction of a new pool, diving decks, picnic shelters, equipment and chemical storage building, and locker rooms remodel. The project also included new tennis courts, landscaping and parking lot improvements. Fire Station Remodel and Upgrade
Client: Sable-Altura Fire District
Description: The RGA team provided construction management for this design-build project, which included 5,000 SF addition to the metal fire station to house two (2) additional engines and an Arial Response Vehicle, as well as a remodel of the existing metal building fire station to accommodate offices and additional engine storage. Construction also included a new HVAC system and lighting to ensure compliance with local Building Codes, and new exterior storage parking for equipment. |

Four Lakes Drainageway Improvements Design and construction services of improvements to approximately 2,300 LF of Four Lakes Drainageway. Design included several small drop structures, storm sewer outlet erosion protection, and a pedestrian low-water crossing. Niver Creek Rehabilitation Maintenance, Phase I Design and construction observation of a baffle-chute drop structure on Niver Creek with a 100-year design capacity of 1,400 cfs. Structure included a 37-foot prefabricated bridge. Niver Creek Rehabilitation Maintenance, Phases II, III and IV Preliminary design and construction services of improvements to 3,200 LF of Niver Creek in Thornton, Colorado. Three design options were prepared for each of three reaches, including construction cost estimates for each. Design options included baffle-chute drop structures, vertical concrete drops, boulder drops, and several channel lining alternatives. City of Westminster, Colorado
Description: Design, specifications and construction management of a 1.9 mgd sewage lift station and coordination with Insituform for the lining of 1,600 L.F. of 10" A.C.P. The design consisted of 675 linear feet of 10" P.V.C. force main, connection to existing force main, removal of equipment inexisting pump station and wet well, design of new submersible pumps and installation in existing wet well and new utility vault, electrical hook-ups, suite restoration and miscellaneous items.
